Specificities of the ticket which may be printed by the customer (E-Ticket)

The purchase of an E-Ticket is governed by all of the terms and conditions of sale as well as by the special conditions stated hereafter:

Each coded ticket (E-Ticket) is provided in the form of a PDF file bearing a QR Code permitting access to the event to a single spectator. In case of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first ticket-holder will be allowed into the event. The buyer remains responsible for the use that is made of the E-tickets. A piece of identification may be requested.

Conditions of printing

Before choosing the E-ticket option, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that he has the appropriate equipment to be able to print the PDF file that will be provided to him.

- This ticket is only valid if it is printed in black and white or colour on white paper of A4 format that is blank on both sides, without modification of the size of the impression in portrait (vertical) format with an ink jet or laser printer; No other medium (electronic, pc or portable computer screen…) is accepted.

- The ticket print-out must be of good quality. Tickets that are partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and will be considered as invalid. The customer must then print his coded ticket again so as to have a good quality impression. To print his ticket again, the customer must visit the section online called "My account".

Use and validity of the ticket

E-tickets have a unique QR Code. Validity of the tickets is verified and recorded upon entry using the appropriate readers. It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same ticket. The reproduction of tickets is prohibited and will offer no advantage. Only the first person to present the ticket will be allowed to attend the event. He is presumed to be the legitimate holder of the ticket. This is why it is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any manner, or to make it available for such purposes. It is advised to keep the ticket in a safe place, to use only an official ticket outlet to purchase tickets and to never accept a ticket offered by an unknown person, because it could be a copy. The organizer may refuse entry to the event when several print-outs, reproductions, copies or imitations of an E-ticket are in circulation and access to the event has already been granted previously to the holder of a print-out, reproduction, copy or imitation.

The organizer is notably not obligated to verify the authenticity of the E-ticket to the extent that the imitation or copy may not be identified as such, without a doubt, upon inspection at the entrance of the event. If the holder of an E-ticket is denied entry for this reason upon verification at the entrance, there is no right to reimbursement of the price paid.

- This coded ticket is only valid for the place, performance, date and time specified above. In other cases, this ticket will not be valid.

- This ticket must be kept for the entire time at the location of the event. The Monte-Carlo Festival declines all responsibility for anomalies which could occur when ordering, processing or printing the E-Ticket, to the extent that it has not caused them intentionally or following negligence in case of loss, theft or unlawful use of the ticket that may be printed by the customer.

A ticket may not be resold at a price higher than its original purchase price.
